Good point. Not all governments believe in free and uncensored access to the internet. Of course, not sure Starlink can guarantee that as well, but it's closer than what we have today.

As an astrophotographer consumer, I think all astro-photographs taken should be moved out to space above LEO. But seriously, Starlink wouldn't be necessary if the governments of the world would build out a land-based, fiber based internet system to all citizens of the world, and maintain it...
