    The orbital plane of the ISS passes through the launchpad twice every day so in theory we have a launch opportunity twice every day. The bigger issue is phasing.

    Boeing has lost their major engineering talent through retirements, etc. They don't have a mentoring program so every job is a Learn On The Job task. Sad to see a company with such a great history go down the crapper.

    My last job before retiring was integrating the Crew Dragon (and Starliner) into the ISS Command & Data Handling (C&DH) system. It's great to see this in action.

    Short answer is no. The rocket has the capacity to give the vehicle just enough velocity to get there based on when it launches. If the velocity requirement at launch is less they simply terminate thrusting early. If the velocity required is more then they burn longer. By design they will get...
