Stargazing Space is not finite but infinite

How everything first started out is (at this time, for us) unclear, but it probably involved some parts/type of energy increasing, upon meeting a multichemical reaction, coupled with a possible temperature flux, & light may very well have been involved. Sometime thereafter, life was achieved...

Where would you travel to if you had an extrasolar spacecraft?

Dark side of the moon. My ships could explode on landing there, & nobody would know. No witnesses, no problems E. Musk

Anyone else like to have physicist, Dr. Michio Kaku (IQ 154, & co-founder of the string field theory) as a guest on this forum?

He often appears on the History Channel's Ancient Aliens tv series. If enough of you want him here, I will make it so. Ancient One (out)

Question Can someone help me visualize the General Theory of Relativity in 3 dimensions?

"Ours is not to reason why. Ours is but to do and die. ..."The Charge of the Light Brigade poem, by Lord Tennyson (1854, describing the British cavalry in the Crimean War) Moral is, (at least for me) when someone (person/gov./entity, ect., ect...) sends you to/into certain death, it's...

Question Can someone help me visualize the General Theory of Relativity in 3 dimensions?

"It depends on what your definition of the word is (cause), is." Sometimes if the soldier has (all) the information the DOD/War Dept./generals/Sec. of Defense/powers that be/leaders have, he/she may agree with them on the cause/going to war, & sometimes not. I feel too naked &...

Feature This week's community question is about eclipses!

I know that feeling/fishing experience well. Often, when the barometric pressure changes sharply, in a relatively short period of time, the fish will start biting like you won't believe. Some of my best fishing when growing up, came either right before it started to rain, or during the rain...

Feature This week's community question is about eclipses!

All too short, unfortunately. The full ones are much better than the partial ones. One of the few times (when in full eclipse), I could/was told to look directly into the sun, & not worry of burning my retinas out. I wish I had bought the colored/tinted cardboard eclipse safety viewing glasses...

I support the proven part of the bigbang theory, but why did time begin to exist only with the beginning of the expansion?

I've always had the greatest respect & admiration for Ben Franklin. In many ways, he was ahead of his time.

Question Can someone help me visualize the General Theory of Relativity in 3 dimensions?

The soldier is the last one to want war, for he/she is the first to die

Ben should have phrased it in terms of necessary wars/peace' & unnecessary wars & peace'. Who would ever want war, when it is unnecessary? I suppose it depends on your vantage point(s)/perspective/side. They say the winners write the history books. I'm just glad my side wrote most of the books...
