Columbia. Almost as exciting as a moon landing, because it was a new era in getting to space. The shuttle program shouldn't have been cancelled even after we lost her and her valiant crew. Thankfully the ignominy of overcharged by the Russians to get our people into space is over now!

Okay, not technically a planet, but since we're pretty sure there's water under the ice layer on Europa, I'd love to see a probe landed there and drill down to see if anything's come to life down there. It's one thing to find evidence of ancient life on Mars, but extant life on a Jovian moon...
