The universe is slightly hotter than it should be. 'Dark photons' could be to blame.
Eh, I think you mean that neutral Hydrogen consists of a Proton and an Electron, not a "Neutron" as stated. Unless you mean the exotic form of Hydrogen called Deuterium but I don't think that is what is meant here.
