I enjoyed the first season of STD, but the second season was a bit of a let down. Season 3 is confusing at times. Star Trek Picard was much better. I just wish they would quit emulating Robert Heinlein, finding a magical source of free energy AKA spore drive. Give me a break.

I would visit a class M star to search for life in the Goldilocks zone. If there is intelligent life out there that would be a good place to start looking.
