The fifth and sixth forces of Universe, as viewed from a different angle

Ok, first apologies for taking the post a little sideways. I thought Hawking's theory was 'nothing' exploded into all these different universal parts, and because of 1st Law it's all net 0. I thought he also theorized 'everything' could implode back to 'nothing'. Is it the case of the Darks...

    Question What is space time?

I understand space-time to be like a coordinate system. Am I misunderstanding?

    Question What is space time?

I believe space is a thing. Did it become something more than nothing, meaning does space now have mass?

    Question Edgeless universe?

"Special relativity says nothing can travel faster than light speed in the cosmos. If you are travelling at light speed toward something coming to you at light speed you will still see it as a combined seed of 1xc, not 2xc. Also, any independent observer watching both objects approach each other...

    Time for Time

Apologies. I was rushing through that post hitting on points I read previously. I'll be more thoughtful in the future. You folks deserve better.

Is the cat alive or dead?

I’m reminded of the double slit experiment. The explanation for wave interference is all paths are possible but you can’t observe it because then you see a particle can’t pass they a barrier

The fifth and sixth forces of Universe, as viewed from a different angle

Also, the definition of evolution is that nothing today has evolved from something still around . So no, cockroaches and monkeys are not you’re ancestors, cousins at best. I like your commentary on human origins but I came here to find discussions on the cosmos not debating the fossil record. I...

The fifth and sixth forces of Universe, as viewed from a different angle

Hawking says the net sum of mass and energy in the universe is zero. I don’t doubt that if the universe was some cosmic explosion of zero. If dark matter makes up 96% of the universe then we’re missing 46% of the light matter. Am I missing something?

    Time for Time

Lots of really good concepts here. I still cannot tell if time is nothing but a concept. If a theory breaks down as you start to examine it from a higher ‘elevation’ I don’t see how the theory is viable. Entropy and chaos are built in. Without such universii would be eternal and I just don’t...

    Question What is space time?

Here’s an easy one. If space is nothing and time is a concept, what is space time?

    Question Edgeless universe?

I’ve been thinking about this a little more. How am I supposed to know how fast D is moving from C? I’m thinking all I can measure is how fast D is moving from me and how fast C is moving from me. If C and D are along the same line then the only way I know how fast D is moving from C is the...

    Question Edgeless universe?

Sorry, still lost. I see it as if I'm anywhere between A and C, not just exactly in the middle, A and C are moving away from me at 1000m/s. What am I missing?

    Question Edgeless universe?

"It wasn't me mentioning straight lines and me meeting myself, it was Kabone. I don't believe in such ideas. " Just to be clear, I never had the notion of meeting myself. If I decide right now to get up and travel around the globe I do not expect to see myself sitting in my chair when I get...

    Question Edgeless universe?

Sorry, every time I read it I see A 2B miles from C and A moving from C at 2000m/s. If I have 9 intermediate points why isn't each one moving at 200m/s?

    Question Edgeless universe?

To me I see A and C separating by 2000m/s. The number of intermediate points chops that number down. I don't see intermediate points increasing the speed of separation. This is another problem I think I have. A point on the exact opposite side would be moving away at only the rate at which...
