Wonder if after Challenger tragedy if NASA could not have modified shuttle fuel tank insulation to prevent foam shedding. Or in Colombia, could an alternative reentry trajectory (keep bottom of shuttle facing reentry plasma longer) have saved crew? Could still be modeled. Learn.

I would think that galactic formation would tend to have patterns...which portions (center versus perimeter like where we are) tend to evolve stars with habitable rocky planets with atmospheres earlier? Current astrophysical knowledge should already indicate this. This has to be compared to...
