Like most normal non agency folks I can see that NASA has not been able to bring these folks home for several months beyond their original planned visit. Not been ABLE or not been WILLING to bring them home. As far as I'm concerned that is STRANDED.

On the other hand if we park as close neighbors and one of us has an emergency we will be close by to help each other and stop any such alarmist "war" from happening. This should all be arranged as such before we go there.

As well as the above comment I would add a question. Knowing nature hates a vacuum where will the energy not expended by the hurricane wind up being expended instead? Weather control is a very iffy proposition if I understand many comments made about it in past years.
