    Question: if a Galaxy that is 5 billion light years away is expanding at a rate of x (excluding acceleration), and a Galaxy that is 10 billion light years away is expanding at 2x, wouldn't that mean that 10 billion years ago galaxies were expanding at 2x, but, more recently, 5 billion years...
