Although It was 11pm at night I think it was a mirage. Probably it was heat leaving the earth that night which may cause a sheet of water to give that illusion.

What I have learn in my younger days that space is a vacuum and you can only create a laser in a vacuum and that was in the 80's look how far man have come today with lasers also what baffling just outside our breathing atmosphere is this vacuum that surround this planet.

I would like NASA to build a remote control craft that explore the seabed of Earth ocean. We explore other planets more than our own.
