Though the temperatures might be a little rough, there doesn't seem to be any worry about cloud cover ruining the view.

Interestingly, the avg. Egyptian temp. in Aug. is only 93F, though has reached 109F as a high.

Yes, those are typical daily ave and daily high temperatures for central Egypt. Dew points will run in the 40's. A bit of shade and a water spray and you'll be fine.

In low humid areas, the lowly swamp cooler will allow you to hang meat in your living room if you want to. Or a tent. I couldn't believe how powerful they are. Being raised in a humid area and not used or even seen.

That's why all the old timers out west wore long john underwear in the summer. That puzzled me for years.

I live in very high humidity Southwest GA. In summer my thermostat is at 72, in winter its 82. They give the same comfort level. The big difference is the summer humidity.
