Hmmm, looks pretty good. Think it will be one of those movies which is good and really fun to watch, or mindbendingly painful.

Let me get this straight, a team goes back in time 65 million years for whatever reason knowing of the possibility of a timeline parallax if someone sets foot in the wrong place, however they still go without taking any precautions against this? I hate to play the pundit (as usual), but there's something horribly wrong with this logic.

"but there's something horribly wrong with this logic.

I agree, but it is Hollywood.

Looks like it might be ok. But I said the same thing about Battlefield Earth.

Battlefield Earth is one of those film that I expected to be rubbish but because of my low expectations was pleasantly supprised, had I expected even the slightest enjoyment from the film I'd of been disapointed.
"All God does is watch us and kill us when we get boring. your expectations must have been really low!

The only laws of matter are those which our minds must fabricate, and the only laws of mind are fabricated for it by matter.
--- James Clerk Maxwell

I always thought there was a gaping whole in the story itself. You step on a butterfly and screw up the future. Wouldn't you screw it up just as much by having the dino die falling to the left instead of the right (I believe in the story they only shot dinos about to die of natural causes).

Then in the trailer they mention the future changing in waves? First primitive life then complex life.

For a much better time travel movie check out the upcoming Primer.

It'll definately be a bit of a no brainer, but like battlefield earth sometimes its nice to turn your brain off for a while
"All God does is watch us and kill us when we get boring. We must never, ever be boring" - Chuck Palahniuk.

I have to admit that really battlefield earth was about the worst film I've seen!
Actually I've seen some pretty bad,I dont know about B films, some of these were more like D films,so maybe there were a few worse ones but not many!!

I must confess, I've never bothered watching Battlefield Earth whenever it's showed up on TV. All the scathing criticism, such as that in this thread, has convinced me that watching it might lower my standards for movies in general.
