Advertising and usability

Hello,
Long story short:
I get space.com notification on my phone (android), I click to read the story, 5 seconds in an AD takes over the whole screen, unskippable. It's fine, ad money is good for space.com. But then, the issue is the ad finishes playing and does not go away. Can't scroll, can't dismiss, only option for me is "visit advertiser website".
It's been like this for over a week now, if it were for any other website I'd just say screw this and unsubscribe. I ain't clicking on a website just to see an ad and NO article ))
Because it's space.com I actually came here and made a forum account just to be able to tell u guys that the mobile version needs fixing.

[So many ads]

The mobile web experience is unusable without an ad blocker. I created an account just to say this too. I get that ads can be a good form of revenue but damn, they've really just squeezed in as many as they can. It's a shame because I enjoy the content, but I'm going to have to find it somewhere else
