The newly contracted? Not soon.

Others will beat them.
VAST is planned for August 2025 and Axiom Hab one for 2026.
If you count VARDA, their unmanned space fabrication capsules are already flying. Unmanned orbital outposts will also factor in because of telepresence via STARLINK and its peers.

Figure 2028-29, just ahead of the planned ISS destruction, for the new era to really get going.

All dates are subject to change, of course, especially after STARSHIP goes operational.

Starship's hab volume is bigger than most planned stations so loading one to serve as an orbital RV (ala SPACELAB) might beat them all.

ISS was and is purely governmental! Which means infinite cost!

The private commercial stations had better have one additional element for viability, continuing viability, meaning growing viability (meaning energetically expanding, expansionist, growth potential in space)! That one additional element being on board spin / artificial gravity! The "gold", the golden force, of the space frontier!

What is the saying, "Build it and they will come!" (Just as long as it isn't negative energy pure government, which definitively means pure 'Utopian Communistic' c**p!)
