if you dont want a spoiler(planning tom watch back dated episodes) ignore the reply, Magok world ship attacked and all of the main characters were about to die in different locations and different circumstances within the battle, so trance teleports everyone into another universe through the route of ages just as they are about to kick the bucket, although it was too late for rommie as she was killed by Magok, funny thing is that they were teleported at different time within the new universe so dillons just arrived, harpers been there for years, rode has been ther for just under a year, beka months, dont know about trance, they found each other but no longer take command from dillon cos they have moved on, the place is cut off from slipstream and the andromeda dead in the water, and they are trying to make sense of it and find a way out. that was brief intro id recommend getting to grips with the back catalogue.

I love andromeda, i'm one of few though. it's such a cool ship. I'm sorry that it ended, beats the heck out of stargate.

Didn't you tell us that the main character in each show was named, "Dylan Hunt"? I swear, my mind is a magnet for useless information.

Got it in one.<br /><br />Yeah. Both series have the main character, Dylan Hunt, who ends up accidently in the future, where his world is long since destroyed, and now anarchy reigns. Both are military men. It was a Gene Roddenbury movie of the early 1970's. IIRC, he tried to make it into a series, but it didn't work.<br /><br />One of the characters in the movie was the same guy who played "Jaws" in the Bond flicks. Yeah. I figured out where I got that impression. It's when they attempted to make a tv series out of the movie, they made him a Captain.
