Arianespace will be launching an Ariane 5 rocket today. The window opens at 5:28 ET and lasts 45 minutes.<br /><br />The payload includes the Intelsat 1 and the Optus D2 communications satellites, both built by Orbital Sciences.<br /><br />For those interested, Rocketry Planet has an arrangement to webcast the launch.
