Taking notes, and then getting rid of them? Wiping out memories? I don't think so.

Does it mean that all the universe in on the same time plane ? One moment is the same moment through all the universe ? Travel of 'time particle/wave' is instantaneous ?

That's one view of things that is certainly possible, and especially with people who study entropy and the arrow of time. This research, however, might suggest otherwise. Don't quote me on that though ;)

Sounds nothing like physics but it does sound like intelligent design as well as someone trying to whitewash someone to forget about something so that the person will think like the person doing the whiteashing wants them to think.

Linear or historical time goes in one direction based on the progress and advancements of a culture based on the failures of past cultures and civilations or the improvement upon ancient scientific objects such as the abicus to the computer.

Mediated time or how particles affect upon one another in a medium such as space, solids, liquids, gas or plasma where the measureable distance between two particles. Time is based on the distance traveled by two particles and how the energetic properties of the two particles affect upon each other creating an equal and opposite reaction. The reaction is also limited in it's time to what type of medium the particles are located in where the mediums energetic particles will affect the distance of the particles traveled that have affected upon each other based upon the particles energetic properties.

So yes Linear Time or Historical time progresses in one direction. Mediated Time however goes in all directions and is random.
