The SLS should had been scrubbed about 3 years ago. It is behind schedule, over budget by several Billion Tax Dollars, uses to many out dated parts and systems and the capsule is the only possible reusable part that might be reused after a lengthy inspection and refurbish process.
We also need to transport Nuclear Waste to be incinerated into the sun. SpaceX seem to be the one to do this. Elon Musk is an in-visionary.
