Better space telescope than Hubble?

Anyone know when the launch date or the plans for a better space telescope than Hubble will be announced? <div class="Discussion_UserSignature"> </div>

'Better' is one of those funny terms. The sucessor to HST, the James Webb telescope is currently under construction.

<br />Herschel is supposed to launch in February 2007. It has a primary mirror larger than Hubble -- if you want to use that to signify 'better'.<br />
