Bizarre, scorching exoplanet WASP-76 b may be even hotter than we thought

This is likely a record size for any planet. I calculate a semi major axis (a) of only 0.033 AU and this star is a large star with a mass of ~ 1.5x that of the Sun and 1.75x the radius of the Sun. This means any close planet will be extremely hot, thus mostly gas, even metals are gaseous.

This planet is only < 20% the density of water, demonstrating it's very gaseous.
