Blackberry EU outage

I just received an email from Cingular/ATT stating that currently there is an extensive data (email,SMS, internet) outage throughout Europe. International care has been instructing users to power cycle their devices every 1/2 hour. Your blackberry will still be able to make and receive phone calls during this time.
