I'm sure many of us would be happy to answer a few questions. But you'll need to be more specific!

And if you are looking for professional (or nearly professional) astronomers or people who work in the space program, there are only a few here who fit that description. Saiph and shuttle_guy are a few that come to mind, but there are a couple of others as well.

Hold on a bit, everybody! The poster asked for an *interview*. He may very well be wanting just that from somebody employed in space science or engineering. You know, it could be an "interview somebody that does what you think you want to do in life" kind of assignment. That's why I mentioned Saiph and shuttle_guy. Many more of us would be able (but not necessarily willing) to answer homework questions, but I'm not convinced that this is a "I need my homework questions answered" post. I'm willing to find out more.

Scott

Since he posted in "Ask the Astronomer", I assume he is looking to do just that.

If you need someone employed in the astronomy field...I guess I qualify. If AlexBlackwell is around, he's a bit higher up the food chain though (i'm a graduate student, he's a professor).

--------------------SaiphMOD@gmail.com -------------------

"This is my Timey Wimey Detector. Goes "bing" when there's stuff. It also fries eggs at 30 paces, wether you want it to or not actually. I've learned to stay away from hens: It's not pretty when they blow" -- The Tenth Doctor, "Blink"

I think what you should do is to post a list of questions that you want answered. Those of us reading this thread can answer them and you can pick the "interview" you like best. But I don't think you should ask for personal information like name, workplace, address, phone #, etc.
