<p>Thought this was interesting.</p><p>As you could guess I dug it up in response to a very predictable comment in response to the recent space.com article. Honestly, every time I hear people&nbsp;make&nbsp;this exact same comment&nbsp;I feel like Im in that remake of 'Invasion of the bodysnatchers' where normal-looking people suddenly point at you and emit high pitched grating&nbsp;screeching sounds in&nbsp;some totally unintelligible language.</p><p>Anyway..&nbsp;</p><p>http://www.atimes.com/atimes/South_Asia/JJ22Df02.html<br /><br />"We are spending hardly 0.5% of our national budget on our scientific programs, and what we are spending on Chandrayaan is hardly only 3% of our budget over the last five years," ISRO chairman Madhavan Nair told media.</p><p>(edit: removed part of post to another thread)</p>
