Contacting NASA

Hi,
I'm new here. I hope someone might be able to help me. I have tried to contact NASA about designing a patch for a
long time. I have never gotten one response, ever. Can anyone give me suggestions on who to contact? Being a big
fan of NASA, it is quite a let down.

You need to be pretty specific to insure that the receiver is connected with what you are concerned with.

NASA is a huge organization with areas of control spread across many Centers, and among many projects at each location.

Try contacting the Public Affairs Officer at the center controlling your project of interest, and ask them for advice?.
