Delta II Tradition Ending?

Delta 323, launched on February 17, broke a long-running tradition by launching with a "Delta" (triangle) symbol that was not adorned with stars. Up to now, the stars have designated the largest number of consecutive Thor-Delta successes. Here are a couple of photos of the Delta decals.<br /><br />Is this a ULA-related change? It could, I suppose, be a cost-cutting move since these decals are applied by hand on the launch pad. It is a shame, IMO. The stars looked neat! Maybe the guy delivering the stars got lost on the way to the pad? ;-) Incidentally, the Russians put their stars on the pad itself.
