In addition to carbon dioxide, methane and water vapor are "Solar heat trapping gases" on Earth. I think that the 'Carbon-Capture Contest' is an excellent way to eventually determine the balance of these atmospheric gasses necessary to support Earth's ecology for all life forms without any drastic, draconian, dictatory off-set rules/regulations which markedly impact human living conditions/progress.
