Euro-MARS defunct?

Does anyone know what has happenned to the Euro-MARS project? Their website (http://uk.euromars.net/) says:<br />"Due to circumstances beyond our control, Euro-MARS project work in the UK is currently suspended."<br />And all the content has disappeared.<br /><br />Paul
