The FAA has granted a launch license for Starship SN9's high-altitude test flight today (Feb. 2) which is designed to take the shiny silver vehicle about 6 miles into the Texas skies.

SN9 successful ascent to 10km, transition to horizontal descent, but crashed and exploded again on landing. Oh well, let's hope for 3rd time lucky with SN10 and that they manage to stick the landing next time!
