FAA Space Tourism: Stupidity knows no finial frontiers

The FAA has published its draft for Space Tourism, and is opening it to public comment. <br /><br />You can see it hear: <br />http://www.faa.gov/regulations_policies/rulemaking/recently_published/media/ai57.pdf<br /><br />My Favorite part: Space Tourists may be subjected to TSA screenings and checked against the 'no-fly' list.

Actually when you consider that a sub orbital rocket is just an ICBM with seats instead of warheads it kinda makes sense.
