I wish to heck the pioneers would stop using the weak word "exploration" and go to using the stronger words "conquest and occupation," or maybe just "conquest" or "conquer" would do. The weaker first leaves out 99.999...% of mankind and mankind senses that it does. The stronger second wraps its arms around "all mankind," and 99.999...% of mankind would sense that it does.
