What do you mean? There are many aspects to the ISS, and they will most likely be impacted in different ways.

For example, despite what Russian media has stated, it is extremely unlikely that they will actually detatch the Russian side of the space station, as it has been connected to the American side for so long, that it would require a large effort to remove, and it is unknown if the connector is even still capable of detaching. Also, it is unlikely that the cosmonauts would agree to do this, as they seem to be much more level-headed than the current Roscosmos leadership.

Long-term however, it is much more likely that Russia will pull funding for the ISS, and also perhaps quit sending Cosmonauts to the station.

There are many different aspects to this situation, and it will be interesting to see how it develops.

As far as power, with how old the solar panels on the Russian side are, it would increase the power available. As far as life support, the greatest danger would be the seals of the hatches connecting the two sides failing, in which case both the American and Russian sides would sustain severe damage and possibly all die.
