Hubble was missing information and we seem to be ignoring that.

This means all of Hubble's measurements would not be accurate to the space it is supposed to represent due to issues of light traveling through a could of dust. This would, by definition, make all of his math worthless because the dust could was not discovered until 1970. I would assume that we could not actually get good readings in the middle of a dust cloud, as it would absorb, slow down, refract or reflect the light. Unless we have a way of telling past density, current density and our path through the dust could (with the effects that it would have had on any light which is probably not realistic). Why does no one discuss this? Does this not break a lot of theories?
