A re-imagining of the Classic Monsters genre based on the graphic novel of the same name.

Directed by Patrick Tatopoulos (I Am Legend, Underworld, I Robot), story by Kevin Grevioux (Underworld series). Robert Sanchez and Chris Patton will produce.

"What if Frankenstein's monster developed to the point where he was able to function as a hard-boiled private investigator? And what if his noir-ified universe included The Invisible Man, The Hunchback of Notre Dame and Dracula (as a crime kingpin)?"

Patrick Tatopoulos is also doing the design. Here's some of the concept art;

The above visual images cause me to recall the early Universal Studios pre-production artists' concepts of the 1931 movie of Frankenstein, as in; What's he gonna' look like? Weird drawings, to be sure, just as at this post. At one point he looked like a robot. I remember my grandparents telling me about seeing Frankenstein at the local movie theater when it first came out. Quite a fuss. Women fainted. It got great publicity! Grandma told me it really was very scary back then. The monster just knocked them out!
