I went into this restart of the astronomy hobby with the intent of buying a 9.25" Celestron SCT. I read all that was posted by you guys here at SDC and other sights as well. Also, I went to a local star Party. <br /><br />Well, I guess I got Dobson's desease I fell in love with the light bucket Dobsonians I ran into there. So much for the Schmidt Cas. <br /><br />After a long bout of shopping for the best chinese Dob I gave up and bought the best my money could get.<br /><br />Here is a list of what I got...<br /><br />12.5" Obsession<br />light shroud<br />Argo Navis digital setting circle<br />barlow laser collimater<br />Telrad finder<br />JM1 upgraded dual speed focuser <br />TeleVue type5 31mm Nagler 2" EP<br />teleVue type6 13mm and 7mm eyepieces<br />secondary built in dewheater<br /><br />Delivery is aug 25th (tic tic tic tic tic)<br /><br />Just thought you guys would like to know that I have become 'obsessed' with the reentry to the hobby.<br /><br />Any thoughts? <div class="Discussion_UserSignature"> </div>

I wish I got to look through a 26 inch telescope. It would be much better than my cheap Tasco lol. As far as anticipation... That darned clock is now my enemy.
