If everyone on Earth sat in the ocean at once, how much would sea level rise?

Catastrophe

"Science begets knowledge, opinion ignorance.
Tell me I am wrong for not reading it all BUT it states:

"To figure out how much the water will rise, we need to know the volume of people sitting in it and divide it by this ocean area" My emphasis.

Now, I recall from school (via Wiki):

"Archimedes' principle states that the upward buoyant force that is exerted on a body immersed in a fluid, whether fully or partially, is equal to the weight of the fluid that the body displaces."
My emphasis.

Tell me I am not wrong in questioning thus.

Cat :)
