Will the ISS be boosted to a higher orbit after the shuttles retirement? <div class="Discussion_UserSignature"> </div>

Yes its orbit will be periodically increased by Progress, ATV or CEV.

originally a VASIMR prototype was suppose to use "waste" hydrogen from the oxygen generators
