Blue Origin launched the first all-female spaceflight in more than 60 years today (April 14), sending Katy Perry and five crewmates on a brief trip to suborbital space.

A seemingly problem-free launch and landing. More like an exciting (expensive) amusement park ride than a real space-faring launch.

Regardless, quite an accomplishment from an engineering perspective. Not really sure how this will ever achieve the goal of space for everyone.

Seems the passengers had fun. Good for them.
