At first I thought that this was a "tongue in cheek" post, but no it isn't. So here goes! Right now the world has the "Mile High Club", with and without the autopilot turned on. Also, there is the "Under the Blanket Club" for the more daring in First, Business and Passenger classes, usually attempted/accomplished at 20K feet or higher after drinks are served. However, the more adventurous in these clubs have added a new meaning to a normally routine landing. So any concerns about sex in space should be allayed, for humans will find a way, either traditionally and/or new found which would bring an aged porno queen to jealous tears.

I think they worked out that space grants are lucrative and want a piece.

People have resolved this by themselves or groups of 2 (or more) for the entire history of the species, this is one of those things that aint rocket science.
