Does anyone know of a website that shows all the current space probes with their location?

IIRC, JPL's website would allow you to click on individual missions and has a "wehere is it now" function. <div class="Discussion_UserSignature"> <em>"2012.. Year of the Dragon!! Get on the Dragon Wagon!".</em> </div>

Well, here's spacecraft escaping the solar system <br /><br />I don't know of one that covers all probes; there are so many <img src="/images/icons/smile.gif" /> <div class="Discussion_UserSignature"> <p><font color="#000080"><em><font color="#000000">But the Krell forgot one thing John. For me the best one is the JPL solar system simulator<br />http://space.jpl.nasa.gov/ <div class="Discussion_UserSignature"> <p> </p><p><font color="#0000ff"><em>"SCE to AUX" - John Aaron, curiosity pays off</em></font></p> </div>

Celestia is an excellent viewer. While you can't view most probes in vanilla, there are a ton of add-ons that allow you to add them. I personally have a mod that shows many of the satellites orbiting earth along with a number of probes.<br /><br />http://www.shatters.net/celestia/ <div class="Discussion_UserSignature"> </div>

Their website neglects to mention how big of a download Celestia is. Do you have that information? Also, do the various add-ons list their download sizes? <div class="Discussion_UserSignature"> <hr style="margin-top:0.5em;margin-bottom:0.5em" />Will Pittenger<hr style="margin-top:0.5em;margin-bottom:0.5em" />Add this user box to your Wikipedia User Page to show your support for the SDC forums: <div style="margin-left:1em">{{User:Will Pittenger/User Boxes/Space.com Account}}</div> </div>

The add-ons do indeed list their sizes. They range from a few tens of kilobytes to several tens of megabytes. Currently my folder has 131 MB worth of data in it, but that includes quite a few add-ons including high resolution graphics. The zip file is only 14 MB. <div class="Discussion_UserSignature"> </div>
