It's a pity that the forums are closing. I enjoyed chatting here. The atmosphere is friendly and the moderators are very loyal to the people. Will it be possible to run your own blog or post on this site?

I would suspect that when the site closes, nothing will be available to post new content here.

A couple members have referred to sites elsewhere.

I don't think any of the moderators will start their own sites either.

I agree on the cordiality of this community. It has been a good place to be.

Well that's just horrible, but no surprise given the deteriorating state of things everywhere; chaos only creates more chaos - we could argue that - oh, wait...
My takeaway is that this group led me to explore AI chat and that helped a lot in finding , sorting, and organizing information.
Thanks to all for participating; it is just bursting with new stuff out there - one less voice in the Universe.

That's good. I, too, have found that they are exceptionally good at providing answers and help in just about anything. Although I heed the warnings of mistakes, they are better than many 'experts' in 'patience' to repeat the explanation in different ways.

Copilot says it is capable of 'reading' diagrams (unlike 6 months ago), so I am about to test that.

Yes, CoPilot can read diagrams and can now produce them. Not so good at labelling, and the area available that it can use is limited, such that a lot of stuff seems to be missed, but that is a big step forward in a short time
