More Detailed NASA Budget Proposal Released

At more than 500 pages I've barely managed to scratch the surface, but it's definitely a much much much more detailed proposal than what we heard at the beginning of the month. I'm combing through it now to list (for a start) some of the new R&D projects and the like. Anyone who wants to can take a look at it themselves at this link,

Edit: Have to call it a night but one thing jumped out at me from the start - the budget calls for restarting NIAC!
