Nanosatellite Constellations

If you were to set up a Iridium-like nanosatellite constellation of 150 satellites. How would you do it? Would you use one launch vehicle to drop off into 6 planes (or more)? How would you disperse the satellites along the orbit? Would you use multiple launches instead?
