NASA calls off Artemis 1 moon rocket launch over engine cooling issue

With a hydrogen leak repeat, a foam crack, and now a propellant flow problem blocking chill-down, which was supposed to already have been tested but was not because of the wet rehearsal #4 hydrogen leak, I am getting the impression that NASA is feeling political pressure to get Artemis off the ground.

That scares me because the Orion capsule has only been tested by an uncrewed orbital mission 8 years ago. On a 42 day crewed mission to the moon (Artemis 2), it would be a real bummer if the toilet backs up - and far worse things come to mind, too. I am wondering why the Artemis mission capsule (Orion) was not tested with a 42-day crewed mission in low Earth orbit, given all this time available.
