NASA halts human moon lander work with SpaceX amid Blue Origin lawsuit

SpaceX is working towards a manned landing by 2024. They have the benefit of a contract for doing that, though the current lawsuits are trying to stop anything from being done.
But they do not stop any work from being done, they just keep NASA from paying for it.
Rockets continue to be built, launched and presumably crashed from South Texas. Yet with each crash, SpaceX gets closer to having a rather large cargo carrying rocket to add to their transportation company.
Blue Origin continues to use lawsuits instead of building actual space vehicles.
Or at least that is what is being presented to us.
For a launch vehicle, they have a single half-faring and a mostly working rocket engine.
They did have (and presumably still do have) a contract to deliver several of theses BE 4 Engines to a sometime rival, ULA. But so far no rocket engines have been delivered.
But maybe Mr. Jeff Bezos does have a large rocket assembled somewhere.
Hopefully, Bezos will come through.
