For those of you who remember the Apollo missions, can you imagine if someone had said, in 1972, it would be half a century before humans went back?

Considering that a movie of the time, "2001 - A Space Odyssey", envisioned a big rotating wheel space station in Earth orbit, excavations on the moon, and a manned mission to Jupiter, the reality of 2022 seems decidedly underachieved.
