"The Artemis 2 crew inspected the Orion spacecraft that will send them around the moon no earlier than November 2024" - I'll give even odds this doesn't happen before 2026.
"a new mission plan may be necessary if SpaceX isn't ready for the landing (Artemis 3). - only because of FAA bureaucracy/intention or the courts.
