The Land Launch Zenit 3SLB rocket will carry into orbit the Intelsat 15 communications satellite. Intelsat 15 will provide Ku-band video and data services for the Middle East, Indian Ocean regions and Russia.

According to the launch log (http://www.sea-launch.com/current_launch.htm), the abort sequence has been initiated at L -3 : 14 : 00. This corresponds to upper stage fueling and spacecraft's batteries recharging operations.
