Reading it the protest is more aimed at Orbital than SpaceX. <div class="Discussion_UserSignature"> </div>

I hope the GAO tosses it out rapidly and Planetspace doesn't decide to screw things up by litigating it further. The reason for OSC being selected made perfect sense in that Planetspaces proposal looked like a good way to end up with another RPK type failure. Any unforeseen costs would have bankrupted the proposal they made and since the subcontractors were on a cost plus basis, they'd have made out well no matter how Planetspace faired. There were way to many risks. <div class="Discussion_UserSignature"> <p> </p><p><font size="2" color="#0000ff">""Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former." --Albert Einstein"</font></p> </div>
