This brings a whole new capability to space situational awareness, space environmental impact mitigation, and space weapons treaty compliance monitoring. Rather than deorbiting material to get rid of it, profitable private commercial firms could deploy vehicles to autonomously collect abandoned rocket bodies, satellites, space stations, tools, nuts and bolts, debris and imprison it in a "space corral" structure for salvage and space manufacturing.
